I’m sure this advice will work for some. Even if I stopped working with code success, it would not (and does not) still my brain. I’m still working on my own lockdown solution to letting go.

One tip that a lot of my colleagues have NOT been doing during Covid lockdown: getting away on holiday. This really helped me with unwinding and turning off.

My colleagues said they would go away when things were back to normal, but my holiday felt so completely different to a normal weekend, I realised I hadn’t been fully relaxed for the last six months.
